If you’re like most of us, you’ll spend an often long, hard day at work and then come home to your second job - taking care of the family! But who looks after you?... Let’s face it, life can be stressful and juggling work and home is hard, let alone finding time for yourself.

As well as being relaxing, massage is perfect for alleviating aches and stiffness as well helping to relieve many other medical symptoms. - I am happy to be partially undressed, but covered in towels
When receiving any treatments, only the area being worked on at the time will be uncovered with towels. Your modesty is very important to us. So although for some treatments you will be required to be only in underwear, covered in towels, there are some where you only have to take your top off, and again, this area will be covered in a towel when not being worked on.
